Airbrush

An unprecedented LIFETIME WARRANTY* backs all Iwata airbrushes.

All Iwata airbrushes are warranted against all manufacturing defects of material and manufacture or workmanship for LIFETIME. Any part or material that is or becomes defective so as not to be usable within this period will be repaired or replaced. This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence or units that have been altered or abused in any way. It also does not cover cleaning or servicing.

Compressor

All Iwata air compressors are warranted against all manufacturing defects of material and manufacture or workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Any part or material that is or becomes defective so as not to be usable within this period will be repaired or replaced. This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence or units that have been altered or abused in any way.

 

This warranty does not cover your Iwata airbrush / Compressor if it has been:

1. Subjected to negligence or misuse.

2. Operated or maintained contrary to our instructions.

3. Damaged by fire or any other occurrence beyond our control.

4. Damaged in transit to the service centre due to inadequate packaging.

5. Fitted with spare parts that are not genuine Iwata parts.


Repairs & Cleaning Policy

Iwata-Medea offers repair and cleaning services for all Iwata airbrushes. The following options are available to assist customers in getting the highest quality service available.

Telephone Technical Support: Iwata-Medea offers technical support over the phone at no charge. Telephone support includes general usage information, cleaning tips, and troubleshooting.

NOTE: All airbrushes returned for repair must have a Return Authorization Number. Please call +91-9811374358 / 9899077712 to obtain an RA number, instructions, and our shipping address.

* Needles, Nozzles, Packing and O-rings need to be replaced from time to time due to ordinary wear and are not covered by the above warranty.
